Prior Authorization. Before starting any repairs, please contact, or have the repair facility contact, the administrator at (800) 322-3933 (Florida customers call (800) 247-9469). If a mechanical breakdown happens to occur outside of the administrator’s operating hours, the administrator needs to be contacted the next business day. Failure to obtain a claim authorization may result in non-payment.
Exclusions. The Vehicle Service Contract might not cover or apply to certain conditions. Please refer to the General Contract Exclusions section found in the Vehicle Service Contract.
Cancel the 5-Star Vehicle Service Contract at Any Time. You can cancel anytime and receive a reimbursient for the unused portion.

- Transferability: If the vehicle is sold within the Vehicle Service Contract terms, the remaining coverage can be transferred to the new owner, which can enhance the resale value.
